MICHAEL ACKERMAN – A trusted name in Real Estate

Michael’s real estate career began in January 1989. From then until now, he has personally either sold or auctioned thousands of properties from the smallest of home units to the largest of residences and development sites. These total in the hundreds of millions in today’s market value dollars and so he intimately understands the process people go through when selling or buying a property and what it takes to achieve a great result for them.

Michael has worked in both the capacity of sales consultant or contract auctioneer for all the big franchise names including LJ Hooker, Raine & Horne, Ray White, Century 21, Richardson and Wrench and PRD Nationwide. As a result he has a rare wealth of knowledge and experience to benefit his clients with in the competitive and challenging marketplace that is Sydney Residential Real Estate.

Being a fully Accredited Auctioneer since 1991, he currently practices independently and has conducted Auctions throughout Sydney for all the major franchise groups including PRD Nationwide, Richardson & Wrench, Ray White, Century 21, and LJ Hooker. This keeps him in touch with trends in the market in “real time” each and every week.

Running his own successful business now for many years, his honesty, drive, and determination to secure the absolute best result for his clients is why many of his listings and sales originate from their ongoing referrals to colleagues, friends, and family.

Michael lives locally in the eastern suburbs with his wife and two sons and is an active member of his local community assisting to raise money for charitable works with the Coogee Lions club.
